Prozomix was very priveleged to be invited to present at the 20th Annual Center for Biocatalysis and Bioprocessing Conference (17-18th October, 2011, University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA, USA).
Prozomix was very priveleged to be invited to present at the 20th Annual Center for Biocatalysis and Bioprocessing Conference (17-18th October, 2011, University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA, USA). Dr Simon Charnock (Managing / Technical Director), gave a 60 min talk, “Perpetual Impact of Genomics on Biocatalyst Discovery and Development”, during which the current / future considerable opportunities afforded by the global genome sequencing effort were discussed, to an audience comprising predominantly chemists. The opportunity was taken at the end of the presentation to describe proprietary GRASP™ technology recently developed by Prozomix, and it’s use in rapid population of the “Biocatalysis Enzyme Toolkit” currently being populated by the company.
